Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, making everything so easy to get to around Launceston CBD. The rooms were clean and comfy, providing great value for the price. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Danielle at the reception desk. The dining experience, however, left something to be desired.
The hotel has a nice location, perfect for odd-time check-ins, although a bit dated with a slight smell. The staff was friendly and accommodating but could improve noise control. The dining options were disappointing, overpriced, and cold at times.
The hotel had good rooms that were amazing and clean, but looked tired and in need of renovation. The service was great and accommodating, even when we arrived close to closing time. The location was excellent, very central, and close to the shopping center, but parking was paid and often full. The dining experience was a mix of wonderful and not hot enough, with fantastic options available. The facilities were generally good, with some areas needing attention.
The hotel room, though a bit small, was amazing with a king bed, table, mini fridge, ironing board, and safe. The reception staff were brilliant and knowledgeable. The location was excellent with onsite parking, perfect for exploring Launceston, tucked away behind Princess Theatre, close to cafes, restaurants, and shopping. The dining experience was fantastic with everything you could want, although it can be pricey if not part of a package.
The hotel has a very central location, close to everything in Launceston City Central. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, although lacking an information booklet. The staff is very obliging and helpful, but there were delays in serving drinks. Parking comes at an additional cost, which can be a downside.
I couldn't have asked for a better located hotel! It's right in the heart of everything, close to cool cafes and restaurants on George St, and just a short walk to the beautiful Cataract Gorge. The rooms were clean and spacious with useful amenities, but the bedside light placement could be improved. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Danielle at the reception desk. Although the dining options were not very diverse, the overall value for money was great.
